Payments and Returns
1. Rates and Accepted Payment Options
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The order will be dispatched as per the availability of stock. In the case of short or no stock available, the proportional amount will be refunded. No extra claims allowed.
Currently, we are accepting payments through credit/debit cards, and net banking.
2. Return Policy
Since our site sells only food products, they can be returned only in the following cases:
· The expiry date of the product has already passed.
· The item is found to be damaged and/or stale.
· The product received is different from that ordered.
· The packets found are already opened and/or damaged.
In case, the packets are found opened and/or damaged and/or stale, the return process should be initiated the same day or the very next day. In other cases, the process of returning should be initiated within 5 days of receiving the order. No return requests would be accepted after 5 days of receiving the order.
For initiating the return process, you can call our customer care number or mail us at email@example.com. Further instructions regarding the process would then be provided by our customer care executives.
As per the customer’s wish, the products would be replaced or the money would be refunded back to the customer for the returned products.
3. Replacements and Exchange
Replacements would be done only in the accepted cases of return policy listed above.
There is no provision for the exchange of products.
The refund would be deposited directly into the bank account which was used for making the payment. The refund would be done within 10 days after the product is received back by the company.
