We personally love the no sugar nuts and seeds banana smoothie. It includes all the healthy seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, and flax seeds. It also incudes dry fruits like almonds. It is easy, extremely healthy and super yummy.

Ripe Banana - 1
Almonds - 5
Dried Cranberries - 1 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Almond Butter - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Sunflower Seeds - 1 tbsp
Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tbsp
Flax Seeds - 1 tbsp
Grated Nutmeg - a pinch
Making the smoothie is the easiest and fun part. Take all the ingredients except nutmeg and blend it all in blender.
Pour it in a mug and garnish with grated nutmeg.
